we've seen 3 armored SWAT vehicles parked in the Owatonna, MN police station parking lot when there were none before now.

interesting given that Owatonna is city only of about 25,000 people.

nothing really happens here in the way of crime or violence that requires a SWAT response of even just 1 SWAT vehicle.

maybe there is something coming that we should be on the look out for.
