Reality check

Received in e-mail. I don't think this would surprise any of us (except the most .............)

REALITY CHECK-COULD IT BE TRUE?!
The name of the person writing this has been redacted for protection; if it were known, there would be retribution.

I have worked in the government on and off for 40 years. During that time I became quite familiar with requisitions, bidding, awarding contracts etc. It is a time consuming process with bean-counters and bureaucrats every step of the way. The simplest request takes months, not days, or hours.

In less than 8 hours of the shutdown, miraculously, professionally printed 3X4 foot signs appeared all over the country in the tens of thousands saying-"this [park, facility, etc. with custom logos] closed due to government shutdown. There has not been a government shutdown in 17 years.

These signs were designed, specifications were determined, signs were then requisitioned, bids were posted and vetted, government contracts were awarded. The materials were then ordered and the signs manufactured then distributed by U.S. Mail or freight companies.

This shutdown was orchestrated and planned well in advance at least 6-8 month ago. Millions of tax dollars were appropriated and spent in this process. There is a paper trail a mile long leading directly to one or more branches of the federal ( do nothing constructive ) government.

Yep you guessed it the blood suckers will do anything to undermine themselves. This action also caused thousands of people to loose money who worked for the many park and monument gift shops restaurants hotels motels campsites bed and breakfasts etc. Not to include the money the gov lost as a result of their action.

Oh just wait they'll do it again in 3 months

This shouldn't surprise anyone. But people are going to remember it was the senate that first rejected the house's bill to start this theasco. Regardless this presidency is liquidated ...!

Yeah people are going to remember that the senate rejected the house bill that if they didn't defund Obamacare they would shut down the government and they did. You bet people are going to remember their jobs were held hostage for Obamacare ransom and they monkeyed with the debt ceiling and the house Republican teaparty crazies didn't give a hoot about them and they the ones that did it. the whole world knows now. sad

How can you pin it on the Republicans after reading that?
Who do you think had the signs made up and distributed?

Of course the signs were made by Bush and Cheney. They had them ready in case of a shutdown because repubics are like carnac and boy scouts and stuff.

Jarrett and Obama had this planned well in advance. They knew an Obamacare fight was coming. Obama fully refused to negotiate on any aspect of Obamacare in the debate. Obama knows the medical device tax and individual mandate is wrong. He would not allow an impression of a win for the GOP. He would rather see the country suffer.
Their full attention was to blame republicans and Tea Party for the shutdown. Obama wants the house to turn dem majority in next election.

Well it's really sad ( nah) that some low informed folks already formed their opinion before they found out the details. I think they call that " Foot in Mouth disease "..

I'd wager that the person who wrote that does not exist and it's too early to find that its fake on Snopes. Just another campaign to blame the shutdown on Obama. What did they do - tell y'all to make it viral and then call people low informed Alinskies. It's ridiculous because Obama didn't shutdown the government. The House Teaparty Republicans did because Obama won't agree to allow them to defund Obamacare. They had only repealed it 41 times and the Supreme Court made it the law of the land. They were barking at a passing parade anyway. They used extortion (Federal workers jobs) and the Federal government as hostage if Obama didn't comply. They abused their power and America voters will not forget that come 2014.

Obama is going to have egg on his face if he issues an order to eliminate the medical device tax or the individual mandate or pass it off for his Alinskyite radicals in congress to do.

Nothing but more Democratic gibberish. This puppet spews the same thing over and over again, and no matter it's STILL THE SAME. In a way I'm glad it's progressing the way it is, because it won't be too much longer until even the low informed see through him.   Glass wipes anyone?
