The way I understand the IRS code tax evasion can lead to jail time if found guilty by a court.
Reporting income that is taxed or in the health care act reporting your failure to buy health care is a tax. Failure to pay the tax can lead to the collection process of the unpaid tax. Jail time does not exist for unpaid taxes as I know it.
Read your IRS code for tax evasion and or failure to pay the tax.

But it is a felony so it messes you up big time on credit, job, etc.

Call the IRS and see what they say on not paying the penalty.

Maybe that's why those FEMA camps have been updated, we have 3 in Michigan, why?
We once in a while might get a tornado, we don't get hurricanes, no volcanoes, no earthquakes, maybe some flooding, but nothing more than inches.
And it makes me wonder!

Dude can't even read well.. What a moron. No room for millions of blacks in jail.. But WHOA.. would'nt that be nice to have them rounded up and off the streets.. Crime would drop quickly.. LOL...
