White House Forces Obamacare Insurers To Cover Unpaid Patients At A Loss

And I thought we lived in a Democracy.

Once again Obama is breaking the law.

>>Quote from article<<

In theory, the Obama administration’s actions aren’t merely illegal—they’re unconstitutional.

The Fifth Amendment of the Bill of Rights says that no one can “be deprived of life, liberty or property,

without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.”

Obama is controlling the Obamacare roll out as if it were a single payer system. Obama does not appear to even seek assistance from congress for bills to modify Obamacare.

I have a feeling there is something written in the affordable care act that gives the white house and the dept of HHS the sole power of Obamacare. Obama does not seem a bit concerned about all this abuse of power discussion.

If there is something written in Obamacare about the power to change things the public is not in on the secret.

How many time in the Obamacare act was the term at the discretion of used. That gave power to them with no further action by congress needed.

Pulled a fast one with Obamacare.

Obama has the Mitch McConnel RINO Republicans' balls in his pocket.
He knows they're terrified of being called racists if they disagree with anything he says or does.

I once took the time and money to read a copy of a pending bill before the House. What I saw on those pages simply astounded me. There were whole sections, paragraphs, whatever you want to call them, that were completely blank. At the very bottom was this statement: "To be determined by the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare".

What that meant was, when the bill become law, the secretary had the sole power to fill in those blank sections in any manner he/she wished. I believe this was the case with ObamaCare. So this Selbius woman is filling in the blanks however she wishes.
