A job creation example
Published:
Updated:
Boeing had orders to fill that exceeded their capacity to fill with their workforce at the time.
They decide to build a new plant in South Carolina.
To build the plant required construction jobs to fill.
Plant opens with something like 2,500 needed employees.
Those employees spend money into the local economy maintaining or creating new jobs to fill their needs.
That is my idea of what job creation is. An expansion of what is already there.
Comments
Boeing built that.
State and federal government did not build that. They just got the he!! out of the way.
He's still got a big country out there to destroy yet anyway.
