The Snowman, the stealthiest arch-criminal the League of Super Investors has encountered.

Well know for wreaking havoc across the economic landscape near shopping venues and malls alike.

Disguised as simple snowflakes, it makes travel virtually impossible for poor unsuspecting patrons.
