Foods good for lungs are all orange foods especially apricots load up on vitamin C, spinach, but don't overdo it, spinach can actually cause kidney stones, walnuts, blueberries, strawberries, chia seeds, salmon and lean poultry. Spices, thyme, rosemary, turmeric are all good.
Avoid fatty and processed meats and foods, cut out refined sugar.
Keep a log, some foods can restrict breathing and it varies from individual, Bananas sometimes make my breathing feel a little more difficult.
