MD, I would not believe one word that came out of Johnsons' mouth. Just as, nothing that comes out of Sharpton's mouth. I was on a jury and the defendant was a man , the victim was a female. When the victim was being crossed examined, by the court appointed, defense attorney, he asked the victim, why are you so sure this is the man who grab your purse. She stated, he had one purse strap and I had the other one, looking him straight in the face, at arms length. Needless to say, guess what the verdict was, based strictly on her testimony. The defense attorney was the one who got his client found guilty.

CARBOB, LMAO. I guess he should have stayed in law school a little longer. When a person is handed solid evidence, they don't need to be a rocket scientist to figure anything out. A person who was in plain sight and saw an incident from start to finish, compared to another who was around the corner and only saw the end result. Plus his deposition earlier compared to the others statements which they knew were NOT TRUE spreads a lot of doubt on their truthfulness.
If they didn't like the truth, they should have never asked...
