This is one way I fix my garden tomatoes each year:cut the tomatoes into 4 wedges(use as many as you need)place on a baking pan-spinkle with oregano,basil,salt,pepper,olive oil and bake for 8-10 min.You can also sprinkle with mozarella cheese.They are delicious!!
