I really appreciate and enjoy these 'second chance' individual state lottery drawings with large cash, lump-sum prizes included.  Though, I think they should accept ALL lottery tickets, including the online ones (e.g., MegaMillions and Powerball)!  Actually, multi-state games, (e.g., MegaMillions and Powerball, etc.) should begin conducting these 'second chance' drawings.

However, 12 months is too long to wait for the grand prize drawing.  Therefore, I would appreciate these 'second chance' lottery drawings EVEN MORE if the state's lottery headquarters would keep all the prizes the same, yet conduct the large cash, lump-sum money prize drawing every SIX months.  Also, increasing pre-taxed grand prize to $1.5 Million drawings, in both February and August would help promote sales a lot!

Having several millions of dollars in my financial accounts means receiving several valuable services each day!
