Still waiting for Todd to post the story from CA; man only got $75 on his lottery scratcher when it should have been $75,000.  they blasted the customer's face all over the news.

Yay for office lottery pools.  Congrats to the group.  Still prefer a single winner just to make the "that's-too-much-for-one-person" crowd whine and cry.

Our own office lottery pool has been inactive as we only play at $100m cash option or more.

      I Agree!

        Yo, CoinToss,

Yea, I was about to have a fit that the 1/2 of em that are from Jersey would be from Essex, Hudson and Bergen counties,

but no...1 is  from New Brunswick and 1 is...gasp...from Hainesport (south of Trenton.

The one from Hainseport must have worked from home or had someplace to stay in the city during the work week. That would be one long commute!

A long time ago I lived in Bayonne and worked in Manhattan.......like an hour and 15 minute bus ride to go 12 miles. When I got off work and went to Port authority I knew my ticker would be for the 5ith or 6th bust to show up.

Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any. So many systems, so many theories, so few jackpot winners.

There is one and only one 'proven' system, and that is to book the action. No matter the game, let the players pick their own losers.
