Did the lottery tell him, 'the check is in the mail'?

Yes, then days later when it never showed they advised him 'must have got lost in the mail' --  Green laugh

what was the cost of the ticket?????????

      $20

Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any.

      Lep

There is one and only one 'proven' system, and that is to book the action. No matter the game, let the players pick their own losers.

"Hopefully no more working through the blizzards and heatwaves."

Unless he had some other federal job before the USPS gig he'll probably need to tough out the next 3 years to keep the nice pension he's devoted 17 years to. $2.4 million, presumably before taxes, isn't nearly enough for  him to retire and have the same income he probably has now.
