You guys are missing the BIG picture. These games aren't random and can be manipulated. The Lottery Agency should have known that in the beginning and if they didn't know that's on them. If they did know the machines could be manipulated and they still put them into service then the Lottery Agency should be the one going to JAIL.
Rudeboy805. Anyone can go to the Illinois Lottery Headquarters' website, read about their RNG games and how their is more than one security measure built in ... so no worries!
Anyhow, it hurts not to be able to play one's own state Major On-Line Lottery Games because they are RNG, which is unsafe; lately found to be tampered with regularly and more being discovered in several states (why not mine, too). This is because we know that if each state's Lottery Headquarters, instead, paid for the more expensive ball method -- with 3 rotating salaried and grateful show hosts -- we know that the odds are more in our favor of winning the grand prize! My state changed to the cheaper RNG for Lotto, etc. ... so I feel unsure during EACH of my much reduced ticket purchases.
