If it came to that you can forget Johnson or Stein.  IMO Congress would vote for Hillary given the hatred of Trump by the Republican establishment, in that case, 40% or more of the Republican base would drop out and the Republican party would cease to exist.

      Donald Trump's poll denialism:

Donald Trump has a new target: "Crooked polls."

With Hillary Clinton extending her lead nationwide and in key battleground states, Trump is toying with what might be called "poll denialism," giving his supporters license to dismiss the discouraging data.

"Even the polls are crooked," he said at a Monday night rally, expressing disbelief that he is losing to Clinton in Pennsylvania. "Look, we're in a rigged system."

Trump has only topped Clinton in one scientifically conducted poll in Pennsylvania since it became clear he would be the GOP's nominee back in April, while Clinton has been in the lead in 18 of them. In the most recent polls, Clinton holds a double-digit lead there.

On Tuesday when Bill O'Reilly told him that "you're behind with women," Trump responded, "I'm not sure I believe it. I'm not sure I believe it."

Nearly every national poll finds Clinton well ahead among women, and she holds a 17-point lead among women in the most recent national polling on the race from NBC and the Wall Street Journal.

At a rally Tuesday night, Trump told fans, "The polls are pretty even in Florida. Don't let me down!"

I must admit that there was a time when l thought however unlikely that Trump was a " Plant" sent by the Clinton campaign to destroy the republican party from within, after all he did invite the Clinton's to his wedding,  played golf with bill. But the minute this guy started to go nuclear on her & Bill, l figured that the idea was extremely remote.Whatever remains of the republican party after the election is anyone's guess. The Phoenix has been known to rise from the ashes whether that turns out to be so is left to be seen. Whatever the outcome- Trump has cemented a place in political history.

If Trump is elected the Clinton's are going to jail.  That's what this whole election is about.

The reason American democracy has been able to survive for so long is because of the strong separation of powers and limits on the powers of office. If Any President starts trying to play judge and jury,  it'll be a massive hole in the fragile structure called American democracy. How such a sentence could give you emotion but fear is beyond me. Laws are created by the Congress and ENFORCED by the Executive Branch, not both by the president.

Typical democrat, thinking you know what's best for everyone else and taking away an individuals right to choose for themselves. I don't smoke, but I support the right of people to make their own choices, especially in areas that effect their own health.

I Agree! Because authoritarian bans are right-wing not left. Michael Bloomberg was a Republican mayor for a reason. So long as it gets taxed appropriately, I can't care less what people do so long as it doesn't affect me.

They'll show up alright just to have their vote tossed or tampered with, where they can get away with it.

People do not come out in droves to support someone then not show up where it counts the most.

Hillary needs to lose, plain and simple.

There are more stories coming out about her that are just atrocious. There is a story on Fox News about an arms

dealer and how the US government ruined his life to protect Hillary. Marc Turi. Hillary's Benghazi testimony contained

the key words that have kept her out of trouble for so long...I don't know...I'm sure Marc Turi said I don't know

a few times while being questioned by the government with the response - not good enough.

His four felony counts were dropped and the government cannot come after him again. Clinton should have about

400 felony counts against her and here she is still running for President.

She is being protected by one of the most corrupt administrations in US history. When this all comes out and something

needs to be done about it because it will be too clear to defend, the whole country will fall apart. Obama legacy..Devil's

                        right hand man.

How any of you can be in favor of putting blatant corruption in the White House just because she has experience is

beyond me. To do that, you accept all that she's done and will do and believe me, you haven't seen the full extent of

corruption and government failure and collapse yet.

Double standard much? So let me get this straight, If she responds, it's just a response, If I respond I'm a stalker?

Like I say, typical convoluted right wing Fascist logic. Conservatism is the real mental disorder.

Conservatism isn't a mental disorder but most Republican members of congress aren't sane and need to get help

I have no fear that Trump will ACTUALLY do anything like that but it's terrifying to see people not be horrified at the sight of people cheering that. Trump isn't a threat to our democracy, but he's putting us on a very dark road and that's why I need a lottery win!!! Come on Lottery, I need a big win so I can get out of here and not have to worry about money!

Evangelical exiles: How Trump is driving some believers away from the GOP:

Donald Trump may “love the evangelicals,” but the feeling is certainly not mutual among a good portion of them.

More than half of the most committed evangelical Christians didn’t support Donald Trump for president in the Republican primary. And although a majority of them have resigned themselves to backing him rather than supporting the Democratic nominee, Hillary Clinton, evangelicalism is changing in ways that may not be apparent to the casual observer.

Trump’s candidacy, in fact, is helping to accelerate the trend pushing some evangelicals away from an automatic affiliation with the Republican Party. Evangelicals oppose Trump for a few reasons: They view his character as repugnant and his temperament as dangerous. And while many of them do not like Clinton, they are not as alarmed by their policy disagreements with her as they are by the idea that the church would align itself with someone like Trump.

Two individuals I’ve encountered over the past few months most vividly demonstrate the changing face of evangelicalism, which is increasingly looking past national solutions and focusing on local activism and community building.

The big tent party is getting too big. We need to get rid of the right wingers we already have in the party like Obama and Hillary, not add more.
