I read that Newsweek said only 17 had been released and that the rest were counterfeits.

    I don't care because I wouldn't buy one anyway.

On a related note, I also read that the Cleveland Indians had, as do both teams in the World Series (and other sports), made up a bunch of caps and shirts with "World Series Champs" on them, but instead of donating them to overseas charities that distribute the apparel to needy folks, they destroyed them.

BTW, my preferred candidate didn't run.  I was even willing to overlook the fact that he isn't a U.S. citizen.

      Ok...I'll play along.

even if Rick Astley would have decided to run...

question. why would you overlook the fact that a candidate is not a U.S. citizen?

that is one of the few qualifications mandated by the U.S. Constitution.

you guys beat up on these dems and libs telling them if they don't like how
our election system works, they can move to another country.

so why, would you support a candidate that the U.S. constitution
would not allow to be president in the first place?

I'm not beating you up, so don't get too defensive.

I realize you couldn't possibly be serious. So in good
form I will spare you the. "If you don't love it leave it" spill..

Flag burning solution, require a permit, permit cost $500 bucks.  Burning a flag without a permit, $10,000 fine.

I think burning the American flag should be against the law.  Free speech has its limits.  Can't yell "fire" in a movie theatre or call minorities disgusting names which are defined as "hate speech".   Well, burning the American flag is hate speech IMO!

If you ban flag burning, you miss the joy when they occasionally set themselves on fire.    Jester Laugh

I'd like to see those idiots go to the hospital with 2nd degree burns PLUS receive a $1000.00 fine on top of it.

your entitled to your own opinion, even if it doesn't coenside with the constitution.

you can't yell fire in a movie theatre, (when there's no fire)  because it creates mass histera
                    and endangers other peoples lifes.

you can call someone disgusting names, you can't threaten them.

I don't support the Masonic Lodge.
but I do support thier Constitutional right to assemble.

the right to protest should also always be protected.

I honestly think. that anyone who believes they
are man/woman enough to set fire to Old Glory.
as part of a peaceful protest.
I encourge them to do so...

in the VFW parking lot on the 4th of July!

yes, you are correct spelling is not my strong suit. but I can read and comprehend.

you obviously missed the true meaning of the punch line.

what part of supporting people's constitutional rights is liberal?

I'm with you all the way until burning the flag.  You would "encourage" people to burn the flag of the country that provides the ability to speak your mind?  Very disrespectful.  Burning the flag says to the world that you are at war with the country -- not that you're a peaceful protester of some social issue.
