    Ouch! Better luck next time!

In my country you need to be a registered player. If you win big you will automatically get the money into your bank account within 2-3 days.

I believe expectations can and should be made in certain circumstances and serving overseas is one of them.

If you win but you are overseas it is not like they will allow you to leave just to cash a lottery ticket.

But then again this is iowa a red state and we all know that means they are anti-military.

Their god cadet bonespurs called the remains in a military cemetery a bunch of losers and he told a service members widow that her deceased husband knew what he got into.

What a load of crap. Those with the most power and the biggest megaphones can lie all they want; problem is when fools reward them by believing the lies.

The bigger question for me is why do winning lottery tickets even expire?  Will the world end if a win is claimed 2 years after the drawing instead of 1 year or less?  I guess the easy answer is that greedy states hope some people won't claim on time so the money reverts to the state.

The State of Arizona recently came after me for $13 in back taxes ($7 tax plus $6 interest & penalty) allegedly owed for 2016.  I wish I could have told them, "Too late!!  You only had 180 days to collect!!"  Turns out I didn't owe anything.  They made an error.

Did they pay you back your 13 bucks plus interest

I never paid it, but I did have to spend about 2 hours on the phone -- part on hold and part talking with a person -- to get it resolved and have them stop sending me threatening letters about collections.
