The Tennessee Lottery has selected locations for its district offices across the state.

The satellite offices - in Chattanooga, Johnson City, Knoxville and Memphis - will serve as prize-redemption centers and handle retailer needs. The offices, ranging from 4,000 to 6,000 square feet in size, each will have several employees including a district manager and sales representatives who will provide sales support and customer service to lottery retailers in each region of the state. The offices will open in early January.

Key factors in selecting the sites included: Easy access, ample parking, high visibility and immediate availability. "We wanted centrally located offices that are convenient for our players, retailers and sales force," said Rebecca Paul, president and CEO of the Tennessee Lottery. "These sites more than meet our needs."

The Middle Tennessee district office will be located at the Lottery's headquarters at 200 Athens Way, Nashville, near Interstate 65. District offices elsewhere in the state will be at the following locations:

The Tennessee Lottery is moving down a rapid path to begin selling tickets on or before Feb. 10. Most immediately, the Lottery is charged with raising at least $88 million by July 1 in order to fund scholarships for an estimated 65,000 students expected to attend Tennessee colleges and universities next fall.
