My swollen feet [update]
I have remained on my capillary diet daily since starting it. Right foot almost but not quite back to normal size. Swells up a little and then goes back down depending on the time of day. I have to say that the big powers that be such as the U.S.A government say that food is food and not medicine so that food can't and won't cure anything.
