First, I've been checking the Wisconsin Lottery Web Site to see if it is up since the last reports that is has been down for a while. (As if I actually go there any more for information.) I've spent the last week trying to get the Lottery Results Gadget re-listed at the Microsoft gadget gallery. You know why?
