question about using SAS to analyze lottery results
i'm new to this site so please forgive me if i posted this question in the wrong forum. some friends of mine have started using SAS to analyze lottery results. they claim to have found a way to eliminate numbers from selection by finding what they call are nopicks. my question is does this make sense? i know there are systems that can be used to select numbers but does it make sense to eliminate numbers. i'm also skeptical of their methodology. they say...

Companion pair system
This is a take off of the ev-od/hi-lo code. I pulled New York eve as an example. Keep track of your line of pairs in your history. Select a line you want to play and add your swing number(s) As an example The 12 and 66 line is out in the eve. If I went with the 12__01-03-12-14-23-34 I would add my swing number(s) of choice. How to pick one number to play
I look at the past 20 draws stats for the hot and cold balls. wheel your numbers out. Look at your draw history. Pick the number you want to play from looking at the draw history. From the draw history I like the 201 to play. I pick my straight position from the exact pairs from the previous draws. The 901 hit that is the x01 exact the 203 hit that is the 20x exact so the 201 is what I chose. There are other straight possibilite...
