Should criminals collect jackpots?
Litebets - that's what prisons are for? Actually, no, prisons are for the worst offenders. There are many people walking among us that have lost rights and privileges but have not gone to prison. Bellyache - how can most people not agree with me when I have not formed an opinion on the subject thats why I asked the question? I ASKED A QUESTION WITHOUT STATING A SIDE. Read thread topic. I might be upset if I chose a side. I'm not upset with anyone. I feel that some posters are whacking the messa

travel to buy lottery tickets
The Rolling Stones played here about a year ago, and a bunch of dumbasses bought up blocks of tickets thinking they could rip off their fellow concert-goers by selling them at double the price in the parking lot before the concert. Turns out, TRS aren't as popular as they used to be, and the concert was far from a sell-out and these dumbasses lost their azzes on the deal. lol Anyway, the local news did a live remote from the concert site and you could see dozens of people in the background

New docu series on hulu-1st episode is about Abraham Shakespeare
Not that it would have helped (possibly) in the Shakespeare case but this is a prime example why EVRY state should allow the winner of any lottery amount the opportunity to remain anonymous. I live in 1 of 10 states that does not afford the winner of a lottery any opportunity to remain anonymous. The state lottery will print your name and city where you live. I'm retired from law enforcement and can't imagine the the lawsuits that would come out of the woodwork if it was announced that I won

Asked to scan id to play Ga lotto
Unless it was made public in your state that this was something new the lottery had set up, then I would contact law enforcement . You may have been the victim of identity theft my friend.

Buy only winning scratch offs in Minnesota with my help!
If you thought you found a security flaw in MN scratch offs, why wouldn't you contact the MN lottery with your concerns? Or why wouldn't you keep it to yourself and discreetly profit? Roping in strangers on a public forum to join in fraud is what law enforcement agents do when they're running a sting operation. Best of luck to you officer, hope you get a nice big raise.

Are you ready for the attention?
I have a close friend who resides in Germany with her husband and the media is covering up many of the attacks due to orders from law enforcement. My friend has personally been harassed by a group of middle eastern guys and was able to get away by seeking shelter in a hotel lobby. I would not recommend any female visiting any of the country that took a large influx of refugees. The same scenario is happening in many other countries including France and Great Britain which WAS one of the countrie

Weird Lottery experience...
You should have let her call law enforcement and waited for them to show up. I'd be pissed if a clerk told me that after looking at my playslip and advance play wasn't marked. Couldn't she have manually applied advance play to your ticket transaction either intentionally or by error? Maybe it's a racket at that store, force people to buy unwanted advance plays by raising their voice and threatening to call police?? I've had issues with latex residue interfering with scans too.

Has there been a study as to whether there have been or are more Female JP winners than Males?
I find that most careers that require rough work and are dangerous are mainly in the hands of men. Fire fighting, construction jobs, auto repairs, trash handlers, sports professionals, law enforcement, fishing, transportation (truck, bus and cab driving). A big proportion of workers in the in paper pushing careers such as accountants, marketers, legal matters are also men. Idk. But since there is no data to go by and both of us are relying on subjective knowledge then I call this one a truce

Illegal betting operations shut due to cash strapped States?
They're looking for money wherever they can get it, fines, fees, sting ops, more law enforcement -- except going after violent criminals (sorry, all of our officers are busy writing traffic tickets ...) There's no way to rule innocent men. The only power government has is the power to crack down on criminals. When there aren't enough criminals, one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws.
