Lawyer Reccomends NOT To Sign Ticket??
There is no record other than the ticket itself of what numbers you've played. But if you want to try to keep your identity a secret, then you may be able to use a trust. Should you decide to claim the money that way, make sure you're signing the ticket correctly . https://www.forbes.com/sites/robertpagliarini/2016/01/12/how-to-remain-anonymous-if-you-win-the-lottery/?sh=13a814cc3064

A verbal Lottery joke agreement wouldn't hold up in Court, would it?
Worked with a guy that when the jackpot was high would tell anyone he thought played that if he won he would give them a cut if they would do the same. He never won a jackpot, but 20 years later is still complaining about the two guys that split a $20 million jackpot not giving him a cut. Not sure who said Never joke, about giving someone a cut of your winnings or why they though anyone would say it. Especially considering almost every jackpot winner wants to claim anonymous.

What's the most you have ever won at one time in the Lottery?
This might be one of the hardest things to do, but it's Super Important. The single biggest thing necessary to stay anonymous would be to tell no one and I mean No One about your Win!

Probability of Winning the Powerball Jackpot
Naw, just assumed they were just kidding. Got it after you posted I much prefer anonymous up/down, and I like that it is a rating for individual posts rather than a rating for an entire thread . Not really interested in answering childish behavior with more childish behavior. However if in fact that would be considered trolling, isn't that about the same as the negative ratings, Allen, Gary, Stat and others continually get?

Probability of Winning the Powerball Jackpot
Everyone is entitled to their opinion. The 5-star thing turned out to be useless in my opinion, as evidenced by people posting everything as a popularity contest, and people scolded when they rated anything less than 5 stars. Or people would use it to troll. There was no middle ground. I much prefer anonymous up/down, and I like that it is a rating for individual posts rather than a rating for an entire thread.

Your reaction to being the only winner of MM or PB?
I'd be happy, but a worried that I'd become a target. I live in a non anonymous State where Lottery Winners have to come forward publicly in order to claim the Jackpot. If I won say 1.35 billion before taxes, I'd be worried that People would try to kill me for that money. Abraham Shakespeare was murdered over his Lottery money(Dee Dee Moore stole his money (She was supposed to hold on to his money for him, not use it on herself which she did)and then murdered him when he asked for his money back

Play 10 tickets every drawing or $100 once every two weeks?
I agree. The ticket price increase to $2 changed everything. I played Lotto America in a neighboring state once every other week because my state doesn't offer that game, the odds were better, the tickets were only $1, and honestly, the neighboring state is an anonymous state. I would have matched 3 white balls and the star ball if I had played last Saturday. But the payout would have only been $20! But for Powerball, I would have won $100 for 3 white balls and the red ball, even when the ticket

Quick Picks vs Self Picks, neither has an advantage
Honestly, the lottery games are so random that there will never be a guaranteed way to beat the lottery. In my opinion, the best strategy is to go to a neighboring state that allows winners to remain anonymous and buy tickets there.

Would you "bless" the deli?
State Legislators or Congress should take care of this with a new law. Instead of giving the Retailer a Bonus for Selling the winning Jackpot Numbers only, they should get a percentage of every winning ticket they sell. That way they could codify the Entitlement. It is not like there isn t enough money in the game. When you only get about 40% of what they call the Jackpot there is plenty to go around. It might cost the Government a little tax revenue, but they could make that up by placing a sha
