So based on my initial calculations, the cash jackpot in the new PB matrix would have to be $262 million for the equivalent of $150 million in the current version. I must say I am not very impressed. While they increased the 3rd tier prize, all other prizes have remained the same yet suffered increase in odds (with exception to the bottom two tiers). I remember seeing the episode about the restaurant called That one place as that is where the son had his proposal party. It's a shame that it closed up in 2013. The previous two restaurants didn't last long either. Hard to imagine what life is now like for the Owen family as they sunk quite a bit of money into that business. I do hope the son is still married.

In truth, this topic went off the road when you lashed out at others for daring to disagree with you. Everyone else immediately saw the foolishness of your proposal. everytime i visit this website i take a few minutes to read the titles of the stories on the home page. i have noticed some thing. there have been alot of talk about forbidding poor people and people on welfare from playing the lottery. what is with them who plays the lottery? poor people do. surley not rich people. they are trying to get the people who play the most to stop playing do they not realize how much money they are going to lose if this happens. what are your thoughts on this? there w

A proposal was made by addai1516 and I agreed that religion is a disruption of threads and really off-topic. It certainly isn't up to me, it is Todd's site and his say-so will be the final word. So, if we did have a vote in the decision, my guess is that you would rather keep religion completely uncensored? (I just get that feeling based on your last post)

Cool question! Our president's proposal will backfire just as the previous one did. I plan to save the entire check and I think so will many others who are stuck in our current economy. I will NOT go and spend it in the mall like they want. But I still have to play my regular lotto-I really plan/hope to win someday and change my life. I will play the same amount though, I can't afford extra. I MAY play a $5 scratch-off here and there that I like, but nothing crazy.
