I live in South Carolina. I am within 1 hour's drive to the North Carolina border. Therefore, I play in SC NC. However, interestingly enough, I have a better intuitive feeling for the NC lottery games, rather than my home state of SC. It's like my Personal Energy Resonates better with the Energy of the State of North Carolina. I have always felt more at home in North Carolina, rather than South Carolina. A Lotto Carolina? (my first post)
First of all, this is my first post here, so hello to everyone; I have enjoyed getting news about lotteries, especially the upcoming North Carolina Education Lottery (that will be it's official name, by the way; the Lottery Commission met today).I think that NC's lottery should give a little help to our fellow Carolinians in SC. Bad bill introduced in North Carolina
According to the story on the BG-MM homepage, NC would be able to recoup 70% of the estimated proceeds of ticket sales to NC residents in its lottery neighbors (Georgia, Virginia, and South Carolina) while continuing to deny NC merchants the right to sell lottery tickets. The bill also would (continue) to make it a crime to possess lottery tickets within NC other than from the three adjacent states (for example, multi-draw Florida Lotto tickets, even from Northeast residents passing through NC).
