Which state lottery caused Monday's Powerball delay?
Isues with the Minnesota Lottery were behind a nearly 10-hour delay in Monday s drawing for the record $2.04 billion Powerball jackpot. The Minnesota Lottery said the delay was due to issues with its sales verification system after unprecedented lottery interest.

Hmmm wasn't there an issue with one state delaying a drawing a while back? Wasn't that Minnesota that caused the delayed drawing? Not sure if it was MN but that may explain it...

I'm aware of an issue they are having in Colorado, so those games are temporarily offline, but they are still available in Texas , Oregon , and Minnesota . They are also starting in NY NJ soon, from what I've been told.

One other point I'd like to make.... Each state has it's own data processing network/system for their lottery's. Is the problem you've seen unique to Minnesota? Do you know if it's happening in other states too? The situation described in an above post about a store in Louisiana could be a time saving policy adopted locally by the retailer. That's a nice video but I think the creator was going for nostalgia vs Who is/was actually the Best.
