classic questions on lottery forums
There is a difference in that odds are supposed to be expressed as the ratio of [event A] to [event B], which is equivalent to probability being [event A]/([event A]+[event B]), where A and B are mutually exclusive and exhaustive. But in the lottery, people refer to odds in the same way as probability. So on this board, they are the same for all practical purposes. Your voodoo math and conspiracy theories are irrelevant to their distinction. For example, with the Colorado Lottery's $250,

Outrage! Oklahoma holds digit 3 out for 20 days
Its not unusual for skip count to reach 20+. This is the current skip count for pick 3 games. Any digit has 271 straight combinations which has an expected skip count of 2.69 draws. I personally think its better to play some event that is transitioning from say 2x to 3x skip count versus playing outliers. But does it really matter its all random and you are only tracking 1 event.

Studying past draws is a waste of time. Each drawing is an independent random event. The only way to increase the probability of winning is to buy more tickets. It is true that each drawing is an independent random event. Since I mostly play the pick 3, it is also independent by position. Also, more tickets is the only way to change the odds. But I am frugal so I would rather pick 1 combo than 10 or more, as the draw will still be from 1,000 combinations regardless of how many would be

The $29.95 Non-Believerz
I understand your enthusiasm and your search for a method to win big jackpots through the Laws of Probabilistic Mathematics. It's a fascinating idea to unlock the secrets behind games of chance. The Reality of Mathematics and Jackpots Probabilistic mathematics is, in fact, the basis of all games of chance. It allows us to calculate the chances of a given event occurring. For example, in a lottery draw, it is possible to calculate the probability of matching all the numbers. This probabili

Mega Millions and Powerball Race
The lotteries have way more money than all the prizes they pay out so when someone wins a jackpot it is by no means bad luck for the house. The only time so called bad luck for the house happens is when a bookie gets middled on an event they booked action on, such as when the pointspread on a sporting eventl changes enough that both the winning and losing team cover the spread.

Can AI Be Effectively Be Ued to Win a PB Jackpot?
AI is just a computer program. It is not a time machine. A time machine is the only way to predict a future event that has no relationship to the past.

markov pick3
hello tokecap Okay, of course mathematicians don't win the lottery because they want 100% accuracy in a single event, meaning the next draw. The idea here is to get 80% of the bet right in 10 or 20 draws, potentially winning the bigger prize as a bonus.

Lottery Game Percentages
Hello Hypper, mathematicians don't win the lottery because they want 100% accuracy in a single event, a single draw. Ideally, you want 75% to 80% accuracy, but across multiple draws with secondary prizes, potentially including the grand prize. Winsum, can you create a table not of numbers, but of the last digits from 0 to 9 in the position chart? That is, the 10 digits (0 to 9) instead of numbers?
