So if you find a winning formula, it's considered fraud?
this guy just wants to hear the answer yes, it's fraud and will keep throwing up hypothetical after hypothetical until he gets the answer he wants. i have come up with a list of conditions that should satisfy his craving for fraud. not wearing a helmet while riding your bike to the convenience store to buy lottery tickets telling the cashier have a nice day when you don't really mean it the cashier tells you to have a nice day but doesn't really mean it using a fork and knife to scrape a scr

So if you find a winning formula, it's considered fraud?
Whether it be: 1. Playing a set of combos from a select group of numbers that you calculate. 2. A formula for buying x amount of tickets. It's considered fraud now? What is considered Bulk ? I have an idea, but I'm curious what do you guys think? For anyone who doesn't understand, i'll simplify it further: If I were to track pick 2, pick 3 numbers, pick 4, pick 5 numbers to win, and filter out the results with my combos . It's considered fraud.

So if you find a winning formula, it's considered fraud?
Someone giving you alleged future winning numbers is meaningless since in reality, no one will ever know what numbers will win unless there is Eddie Tipton type fraud. If you play numbers someone gives you and you buy the ticket with no promises, the $ is yours. No one can claim a set of numbers belonged to them alone. And as Brock Lee said, no fraud.

Is this true?
A computer glitch caused a delay in the live TV broadcast of a Powerball drawing on July 2, 2008. While the timing and secrecy fueled speculation, no direct evidence of rigging or fraud has been found to date. The Powerball drawing was eventually held, revealing a single winning ticket sold in Al

The Florida Millionaire Raffle is back!
There is no maybe about it. They have advertised that there will be (10) 1 million dollar prizes, even if only one ticket is sold. If they renege on paying out (10) 1 million dollar prizes, it is false advertising at best, and fraud at worst.

I'm done playing the lottery
His continued hysterical over reaction to this topic tells us all we need to know about mental illness. My guess is that he has a long list of bounced checks and other fraud charges. Psych wise, he also resents the man and hard working, responsible and decent citizens. Thankfully he is not representative of the majority of LP members. He wants to Make Fraud Great Again!!! Just someone on the far fringes of decent society looking to grift. A perpetual ne'er do well. And he will play

So if you find a winning formula, it's considered fraud?
none of the ever changing and ever multiplying components of your story amount to fraud. just a really convoluted tale of somebody taking way to many steps to purchase a lottery ticket. it only takes about one minute and two braincells to buy a quick pick.

not sure who could even do step 1 except for the manager of lottery retailer that has a kiosk, and managers of lottery retailers are usually the number one suspects in lottery fraud, so it's probably gonna be hard to get away with this. i think you should stick with tried and true forms of criminal activity, like mugging people downtown at night.

So if you find a winning formula, it's considered fraud?
I said Pick ONE digit to repeat. Cool, you still have a 66% chance of picking the wrong digit. With a system like that nobody will ever accuse you of committing fraud.
