You have to mail them your personal information to. Like ss number and birth certificate. But either way good luck again to you. I hope you get a big winner!

The only way to truly increase your odds is to place more bets, since each bet represents a unique chance to win. Therefore, betting on more numbers or syndicates increases your chances, but also costs more. Playing in a syndicate increases your odds of winning but does NOT cost more. And in some cases cost less.
