15 coworkers win $30 million Western Australia Powerball jackpot after member forgets to buy tickets
If it was Bought under a membership , then it could be a membership used by the syndicate. Makes it a bit difficult to hide a win.... But also tidies up paperwork.... so that tickets bought individually and for the syndicate are kept separate... And.. Given that people are likely to notice that one of their people (The head of the syndicate) suddenly has a lot of money. Questions would be asked and.. Good case for a case of fraud against the rest of the syndicate...

will you play the new $5 mega millions?
I am disappointed to see the just the jackpot feature is being retired. It was the ideal option for syndicate play.

One California ticket wins $1.269 billion Mega Millions jackpot
You're technically correct that a winning ticket has never been sold in Detroit proper. But if you recall, back in November 2010, a $129 million Powerball ticket was sold at Uptown Bookstore, which is literally just yards outside of Detroit's border in Highland Park (which is even more economically depressed than Detroit proper). The jackpot was eventually split amongst a (mostly anonymous) syndicate, but I'm wiling to bet some of the folks in that syndicate were also residents of Detroi

Data Analyst looking for a Syndicate Partner (Monte Carlo Simulations for AU Saturday Lotto) &#12820
Hi everyone, I ve been following this forum for a while and I love the analytical approach many of you take. I m a data enthusiast For the past few months, I've been building Python-based Monte Carlo simulations analyzing 7+ years of draw data (specifically focusing on Australia Saturday Lotto and EuroMillions). My system doesn't predict the future (we all know the lottery is random), but it heavily filters combinations based on: Active Trends (Hot clusters in the last 15 draws).

I am coming to your State 😁
Hahaha@ reciept I don't blame you. Don't want the government accusing you of being part of a lottery syndicate. I hear it sucks if you gotta mail a winning ticket. You have to mail them your personal information to. Like ss number and birth certificate. But either way good luck again to you. I hope you get a big winner!

A Texas Lottery jackpot was "bought" last year, but legislators are pushing wrong solution
Well, the lotteries themselves don't agree because when this happens they always react to make sure it doesn't happen again. It erodes player interest and trust. Why would anyone with a lick of sense play a game of chance when they know that the lottery lets some of the players have a far better chance at winning? How many people would play if they knew that the advertised jackpot was probably only half as much as the ads say it is? Based on sales for PB and MM when the jackpots get really

A Texas Lottery jackpot was "bought" last year, but legislators are pushing wrong solution
You missed the link I gave to a Washington Post story about the Aussie syndicate. terminals will QP all combinations of a lottery until every combination has been sold at least once before duplications In Ohio and Kentucky each terminal is independent of the other terminals so theoretically there could be several identical QPs without selling even a third of all the possible combos. Don't know if it's the same in Texas, but even if the every combination before duplicates and every tick

because in lotteries the more you study, the more difficult it becomes to predict the next draw
The only way to truly increase your odds is to place more bets, since each bet represents a unique chance to win. Therefore, betting on more numbers or syndicates increases your chances, but also costs more. Playing in a syndicate increases your odds of winning but does NOT cost more. And in some cases cost less.
