My point was that it's hard to pick any combination randomly that conflict with any of those rules, that being so what is the value of those rules? I was under the impression you were posting rules for the single lottery player to follow when buying tickets not for your syndicate to buy tickets. A predatorial lottery syndicate scheme uses different rules because its organizers are trying to make money off the participants rather than winning a lottery.

You don't guarantee something unless you say the word guarantee. It's all in your interpretation. The Florida lottery could say Imagine playing one ticket and winning the lottery' Is a person supposed to think that it's a sure thing? Are they guaranteeing it? What do you think about a lottery where the player decides the cost of the ticket and that determines the prize structure. For example: Instead of paying a dollar a ticket for 6/49 to win $7 million, you could pay fifty cents per ticket for a chance to win $3.5 million?
