From November, players who match five or more balls plus the bonus ball will win a fixed 1 million (US$1.28 million). Five balls will win at least 1,750 and four 140, both increases from their current estimated values, and three balls will net 30, up from 25 now. This is up from an estimated 50,000 which is currently based on sale

Well it must be hit by the 10th or it will be rolled down to the 2nd level prizes if no one wins on the 10th. According to the UK National Lottery page it should roll to a 12th drawing once every 25 years which I find hard to believe. This is also the last jackpot roll that will be able to go a little higher to a 13th roll although who knows how likely that is. I doubt it will roll today.
