Update: So, the neuralnetwork has been trained up to an error of 0, correctly guessing all the 1200 drawings in the history. The forecasted drawing however turned out to be simply not the winning one (and quite far from the winning one too!). I used my settings on page 18 for VikingLotto in Next week, with the exception of Learning Rate which I tested on 0.3 and 0.15. The lower the Total Error, the stranger the output became. I had to stop the training and will go back to the old 9E-05(0.00009).

I think 9E-05(E9-05 was a spelling error) came from the standard settings. When it is set at 1E-05 and you click on the line a few times, it will end up on 9E-05. It's not always easy to navigate to intended setting. Draw the pointer to the closest possible, then click on the line in the direction you want until you find the setting. Click on the line close to the right or left of the pointer.
