Talk to management about creating a rule that prohibits other LP members from disagreeing with threads and posts. Good luck with that because civil disagreement is part of discussion and without it, there is no Lottery Post. I know we'll suppose to post to the board only lottery stuff so will somebody tell me how the lottery relate to football. Is it because you can bet on Football, since lottery covers a whole range of things. I mean I've seen horse racing threads floating around. Is is kind of like that? Not trying to be smart or anything. Just want to know.

But, individual states can draft special statutes legalizing or excepting certain promotions according to the laws of that state. That is why some states can have a state run lottery. These lotteries are specifically regulated according to their authorizing statutes. Other possible exceptions that are allowed in many states might include raffles by charitable organizations.
