How do I prove my state lottery's CGNs are fixed?
Yes, it was about 1 - 1.5 years in the making for this porject. I first thought about using the Lottery Post in this way a few years before I actually came up with the final plan. As for Experiment 2, just watch the posted numbers on the Lottery Post prediction board and the WI Lottery Badger 5. I'll update this topic as needed. I've already stated at the end of the first post of what to look for as far as the numbers go.

Anyone with good matrix functions for MS Excel?
You can put all the free wheels you want out there. The only thing you can't do is to copy something from Lottery Post and publish it yourself. That's copyright infringement. But something that doesn't exist on Lottery Post? What would I care if you did that?

How do I prove my state lottery's CGNs are fixed?
This post has never been about 'why' a state would fix a lottery drawing. This topic is about the detection of a possible fixation of draws relative to a players picks. When tntea first came to the Lottery Post on June 30,2004 soon after she asked me how I tracked the doubles. I explained it to her, she even sent me private messages. I gave her many many examples. Tntea said that she just could not understand my States Dates method. These were cordi
