They sell lottery tickets at St Pete Dog Track or at least they did in the 80's when they started the lottery..tiggs saw some guy with a suitcase with 10 grand in it and he bought 10 thousand Fla lottery jackpot tickets when the pot was up high...

Haven't been to any of the Kentucky tracks, but the tracks in Ohio, WVA, and PA sell lottery tickets and many of them have slot machines. The Florida dog tracks sell lottery tickets and some of poker rooms too. Many of the bars in Ohio have online 4 minute Keno games. Maybe Pumpi just doesn't get out very much.

I thought online gambling was legal in almost every country but the USA. If and when Congress decides to pass reasonable onling gaming regulations, it may be possible to purchase lottery tickets online. State legislation allows players to now wager on horse races online even though there is a Federal ban on internet casinos and poker sites. i am not talking about the USA only... No need to. They sell lottery tickets at almost every 7-11, gas station and liquor stores. They don't need additional revenue from the bars.
