Casino are rigged and what made you think the lottery is not rigged. For now on, look at the payout from Midday/Evening. They have all the numbers in before it close. Is the California Daily 3 rigged?
I wonder because the numbers don't repeat in the same pattern as it has in the past. Anyone agree? Something is different this year. Way less predictable nowadays and it seems like that there are certain numbers that do not appear because they seem like they want to eliminate numbers that many people have chosen in the past.
