So I have been watching the Cash Pop game. After I won $5, I noticed that the 11 had not hit yet. As of now they have had 59 games and no 11. Its a 1 thru 15 game. So my question is - is it rigged that the 11 has not hit yet???? And if not, how long would the 11 have to be out before it is rigged?

This is in response to JRWURSTON ... POP. At the beginning all numbers were different for about the first 6 draws, then we had 2 come out 3 times in a row. So no I do not think it is rigged, it is a random number generator. But what I am thinking is that 11 will come today or tomorrow. And then possible 2 repeats within 4 draws. Call me crazy K.

I think it is rigged. I noticed that 11 didn't hit last week. I started playing $5 -$10 on it and I was getting $75-$150 payouts of it hit. As of yesterday, I only get $25 payout. This happened 4 times since yesterday. at the very least, they are reducing the payout based on the odds of it hitting.
