I don't believe the lottery is rigged (at least the non RNG games). But, I will say that this is the 2nd time that Powerball has had to delay results. The 1st time this occurred, there was a huge drop off in the rate of sales, and they still haven't recovered that volume from one draw to the next. I'm going to quit playing the POWERBALL!!! I think it's rigged. It always payed out/winning tickets in the Northern States that pay state/federal taxes. I'm mad.. I thought I was going to wake up retired. Lol I had a short term good feeling of feeling like the winner. There was a 3 hour delay- SUSPECT!!!
