MM changing already?
I believe that when the BG changed to MM and the matrix was changed, they put enough wiggle room in to handle the states that came in at that time and a state the size of TX or CA. I remember the scuttlebutt at the time was that it was assumed that the big holdouts (TX, CA) would soon have to explore a multi-state game and that the MM consortium wanted to plan for the future. However, if the matrix is not changed, then expect the combination coverage percentage to rise, leading to smaller, more

Kentucky
KY and two other states formed Lotto South in 2001, seven months before MUSL started Hot Lotto. KY is the only MUSL member offering Lotto South.Neither game has expanded yet; however, North Dakota's yet-to-begin lottery is planning to sell Hot Lotto, as well as PB. (ND's lottery will be allowed to sell only multi-state games.)With Hot Lotto growing beyond its six-state base, it raises an interesting situation for KY: should the Bluegrass State stay with Lotto South, or become a true MUSL state

5/7 New Tex Lot 60-100 million Jacks
Another article about possibly joing a multi-state lotto. I would hope so!!!! But if TLC decides TX will join, then they better change the pick6 again. I'm thinking I just might hold onto my old pick6 data now in case they decide to join a multi-state, and change back to the old 6/54. Better safe than sorry huh? Time will tell. I really bet they change in 2-3 years again anyway. Mark my words folks: 2005-2006 another pick6 game change.

If you Hit the JP, it s just luck as far as I m concerned. I have a lottery software program that give all kinds of stat s and information about the lottery but it hasn t help me any, to dumb to understand or use it. Any way, on Aug 2, I got its Hot , Cold, Neutral, Super, Pattern, and Random picks for that day. Using MS Excel spreadsheet put those numbers plus my once a day QP, for the Multi State Power Ball (I live in NC) plus did the same thing for the NC Cash 5. Now I can only

Why Quick Picks win...Hint: It's *NOT* what you think, folks!
Many here have observed the oft repeated assumption that QPs win because the majority of PURCHASES are QPS, and as such most of the eventual winners are QP users. I have a different take. Nobody wants to admit ( I think that drives the prejudice against QPs) that having control over your selection matters in reducing the odds of winning not a whit. Nobody wants to think that a person who follows draw history cannot even come close to the mindless terminal, because of the illusion of controlling

Cash 4 Life - Florida
No problem 'Player... I don't know why I did something as stupid as to tag it with Florida when it's a multi-state game! Well, I guess I do...and I know you can easily figure out why. My mind must be wandering to other parts of the country. G5

Connecticut Lotto! record jackpot
On my way thru Connecticut yesterday heading to a meeting in NY I stopped to grab 5 sets of numbers for the next 26 drawing of their state game Lotto! I had planned to do this days in advance watching the jackpot hit $22 million. I actually had a pleasant experience with the store clerk there. She was the rare employee that actually knew something about the lottery. She tells me that the Lotto! Jackpot is at a record high, breaking the previous high mark of $18 million. I didn t know that be

Lottery state chart/anonymity and claimants
Just go to www.michiganlottery.com and click on any of the JP game symbols EG Powerball and then you can scroll down until you see the winner anonymity Paragraph. Michigan Lottery Prizes used to be free from Michigan income tax but when they started taxing the prizes they implemented the anonymity rule. This was back in 1989. I have no Idea why they don't allow anonymity on Multi-State prizes. Since every prize except the Jackpot on the Multi-states is funded just by the individua

Wisconsin SuperCash $$
In Wisconsin, the Register identified 10 sets of numbers that were called twice within five years of each other in the state's SuperCash! game, including the two 2006 draws that Tipton said he had warned his bosses about. Wisconsin began using the Multi-State Lottery's random-number generators in 2004 but stopped in 2016 because of concerns involving Tipton. Like how the heck would a regular player notice identical numbers within 5 years of each other https://www.lotterypost.com/news/
