MM and PB jackpots
So far, only seven states don't have lotteries: Alaska, Hawaii, Alabama, Mississippi, Utah, Wyoming, and Nevada. Out of the remaining 45 jurisdictions that have lotteries (the other two being Washington, DC and the US Virgin Islands), only Florida doesn't have Mega Millions and only California doesn't have Powerball. As to why some states don't have lotteries, read this page: http://www.skytvcasinos.com/states-america-lottery.html

Wisconsin winner
Possible, but highly unlikely. Only 6 states aren't part of Power Ball.............Alabama, Alaska, Hawaii, Mississippi, Nevada , and Utah. And none of those states' borders are anywhere near Wisconsin.

Since I live in Chicago, I would tell you the primary reason I would get the f**k out of Chitown after winning a huge lottery jackpot...to escape to warmer weather and year round golf! Now I would maintain a residence here, but I would only occupy it during the late spring thru early fall months (May - September); after that, I would be hopping on my lear jet back south to either Georgia, Arizona, Texas, California, or Florida (I haven't made up my mind on which locale I would live during the w
