@skeptic, yes, as duckman posted above, it's the 4 new holiday games, and $20 GRL, and Fantasy 5; 2 draws (early Dec and Jan). This promo is focused on vacations (Hawaii Trip, and cruises). One important note: While the rules say tickets purchased in Nov and Dec , it appears $20 GRL tickets are eligible no matter when purchased as I tested it earlier today and was able to enter a GRL I purchased back in Sept as the game was released. I'm from Hawaii and back home we don't have the lottery or anykind of legal gambling so when i moved here a little over 2 years ago I was instantly stuck on playing the lotto and scratchoffs lol. What is the best scratch off in the country state by state list your stateReply
It appears that NYS allows for the best lottery scratch off Alabama, Alaska, Hawaii, Mississippi, Neveda and Utah Have NO LOTTERIES at all and North Dakota and Wyoming have NO SCRATCH OFF's and the highest scratch off in the country is TEXAS $50 for a scratch off at 7.5 million top prize And so NYS 30 scratch off is the best highest and best for the money.
