rdc137 is right. I don't know how it worked exactly, but when I lived worked in Massachusetts, an awful lot of people commuted from New Hampshire. New Hampshire had no state income tax or sales tax. There was some kind of credit issued for people who didn't work full time in Massachusetts. My boss was an outside salesperson so he only paid a portion of the Mass tax since he lived in NH. He finally convinced the company to move the office to NH. (which is why I finally ended up there!) I

Hey GiveFive while you're in New Hampshire you might want to check out the Tri State Megabucks game. Current JP is a decent $3.6 million and JP winning odds are just under 1 in 4 1/2 million. You're not going to find a game with a jackpot this size anywhere in the US with the odds being as low as they are. Good luck to you with Megabucks Doubler! It's 20 months and counting since the last winning ticket was sold here in New Hampshire. With the influx of new states now playing you would think the drought would end soon. My prediction is that it happens before the losing streak hits 24 months.
