Is the Powerball jackpots rigged by the Multi State Lottery Association? ( MUSL)
I know the odds of winning the Powerball jackpot is astronomical with a chance of 1 in 292.2 million but how in the hell the state of California is winning ALL the billion dollar jackpots including the last four ? Keep in mind the MUSL staff and their family members can't play the lottery

Lottery state chart/anonymity and claimants
