In March of 2023 The Florida Lottery implemented two Florida Fantasy5 drawings per day and absolutely ruined the game! Although there aren't many jackpot winners with JPT, you really are better off playing it than FF5. All JPT jackpot winners have won at least multi hundred thousand dollar jackpots. Some have won more than a million. FF5 winners don't win greater than $100,000 all that often. If you look at the FF5 top prize and retailer information report, you'll notice that more often than not, the jackpot payout is less than $100,000. I wonder if The Florida Lottery is seeing and thinking the same thing I am??? The dollar amounts of the evening jackpots being won are slowly trending downward. They were averaging $141,000 but lately they're all in the $130,000 range.... There can be only one reason for that - a lack of player interest in the game. Of course the midday jackpots continue to be the same, hit or miss, with rolldowns a common occurrence. G5

Well it's been a heck of a long time since I posted here so I thought I'd put out a few things that might be of interest to players. ROLLDOWNS!! There have been quite a few of them since they went to two FF5 drawings per day..especially with the midday drawings. Good luck winning it. I tried for years and couldn't do it. I tried studying the numbers and looked at it from all kinds of different angles. The odds make it near impossible to get much out of it. Now with lower jackpots I don't care to continue to chase. It takes near 80-1 odds to just win a small dollar amount prize. Getting 4 numbers is very rare and all 5 seems a lot harder than what the odds say.

I've tried Caspernina's method with Florida Fantasy5 many times..... But without much success! Could be that Fantasy5's 5/36 matrix as opposed to Take5's 5/39 matrix has something to do with that. But playing Repeaters and Adjacents is a good strategy with Fantasy5 as Repeaters are drawn in almost 50% of all drawings and Adjacents appear quite often too. Not for nuthin', but the addition of the midday drawing has changed the characteristics of FF5 with regard to the number of times a hot number hits. I made an Excel spreadsheet for FF5 that goes back to 2002. It shows the number of hits that the hottest number of each year had which fall into a range of 61 to 68. By June 30th of any given year I could easily see which number was going to end the year as the hottest number because it had 31 to 34 hits on June 30th. So I'd give extra play to t

Here's some info I got from The JPT Top Prize Winner and Retailer Info Report - There have been 446 JPT drawings since the game began 2/1/2019. Since then, there have been 52 jackpot winners.
