In Delaware, they call this game Multiwin Lotto . It's the same game as in many other states, just set up as 6/35. Same scheme, the player can select the first line, then random picks are made for the first line, or one can get all 3 lines as a QP. What I have noticed about the game....and I have long since stopped playing it....is that one rarely gets any matches in the 3 lines that will win anything. 3 years ago with my little PC I used to cover 10,000 combinations....all i had to do was put the winnning number on one line and with the conditioning formula i set up I could tell which ticket hit 3 or better in no time...the only thing taking about 3 minutes to do was page down,,,,,I'm sure they can do it with-in a minute of the draw if they have all the technology,,,it doesnt prove anything.........
