Ok cool dude, I bought 4 more WOF tix today and only cashed $5 on one of them. The rest of them (3) will go into the second chance drawing which I believe brings me up to 28 chances. Good luck, you hear of anyone having more than 32 chances? I doubt it right?

I found some just laying on the ground walking towards the new casino in Des Plaines. I can't beleive people just discard them. Even at the Taste of Chicago this year, I was in line waiting to spin the Lottery wheel (you had to buy $10 worth of instant tickets to spin it) and there was one gentleman in front of me scratching off a WOF ticket, he didn't win just threw it on the ground. i have bought about 30 rolls in new york and last week i bought a roll in georgia.Ill talk about my latest 3 rolls i purchased in georgia.First i want to let people know the difference in the 20 dollar rolls in new york a roll has number 1 to 50 and it goes for a grand and in georgia it goes from 00 to 014 so that roll cost 300 bucks.I bought 2 rolls of 3 million dollars taxes paid and i spend 600 on both roll and made back 300 bucks.I bought a roll of maximum green and i got back 180 so i lost

The most I've won is $25 on a scratcher. I did once win $100 on a second chance drawing for a scratch off I mailed in. Haven't done much better, at least not yet.

Price is Right
Florida has a new scratch-off: The Price is Right. For losing tickets there's a second chance drawing for air and hotel for two to Vegas plus $5,000 and a chance to win up to $1,000,000 on the Price is Right stage show. No idea there was a Price is Right stage show in Vegas.

I have sent in scratchers for a second chance drawing at one time. I have not paid attention to the scratchers lately to know of second chance scratchers. I do not play scratchers. If I am aware of a game having second chance drawings I will check the trash cans where they sell lottery. Pull out the scratcher fill it out and send it in. Only have to pay the cost of postage.

Georgia Lottery's 15th Anniversary Instant Game
Does anyone know why the tickets are still being sold for the Georgia Lottery's 15th Anniversary Game, IF the mail in period has already ended for the second chance drawing of the non winning tickets?? ALSO---If you purchase a non-winning ticket, Is there anything you can do with it, other than save it for a tax deduction, If you win the BIG ONE??

Guaranteed $1 for every 50 tickets, that's better than the payout of some of their games and you don't have to buy a ticket to participate. How can the states afford it? It might be cheaper to print tickets on a bio-degradable paper. Or they could have a second chance drawing where everyone sent in an envelope with 50 tickets for a chance to win a hundred dollars, I bet they would get more than 50 tickets per dollar payout.

kgrillz, your post made me chuckle and was comforting to read. Sorry to hear about your rough luck lately. Maybe you should take a break as well, or come up with a system. I need to follow a system of playing once every few weeks since I can't control my habits on a regular basis (and possibly need to pay all bills and put aside maybe only $100 a month for lotto).
