been playing 5mj and 10 dollar lucky life. purchased 10 5mj ... won 2 tickets and 20 bucks. took that money $60 and purchased 6 10$ LL. one of those was a 20 dollars winner another a ticket... .....bad luck for the weekend.... does anyone know how those 2nd chance grand prizes are chosen........ i always figured its rigged......

Count me in. I know I just had that $500 win, but that was it. Someone also won $10K at a Sheetz last week I frequent regularly and even played from the pack. It was the new $20 ticket and I had ticket 14. Not sure what the winner was though. Otherwise it is bad and I agree with the person who said you know it is rigged but keep playing. I'm done! Bought 8 $20.00, $100 Million Cash Extravaganza tickets yesterday and hit $40.00 on the 8th ticket. It's like playing fixed card game. You know it is rigged but you play anyway. DUH!!!!! It Possibly could be rigged, Definatley not random distribution. The Idea of Scratchers I believe is for the average person to buy 1 or 2 tickets, test your luck an move on.
