CA Lottery - California Love - CA Lottery Scratchers
I just saw that ticket from the Georgia thread. I think GTECH produced this game for California, Pennsylvania, and Georgoa. The state lottery pays about 1% of the revenue to GTECH produce the games. There is virtually not much left to pay to the players thereafter.

CA Lottery - California Love - CA Lottery Scratchers
That is correct, the CA Lottery contracts GTECH (mainly crosswords) and Scientific Games (mainly number matching) to produce the scratcher games. Also by looking at the font, you could tell which one produced it. GTECH uses thicker coat, and it is noticible on the Playbook, Ultimate Riches, Lucky Life, and the crosswords.

NYS Lottery commits fraud in sales of Scratch off game
After an investigation into the NYS Lottery division's practices of how the conduct their sales of Scratch offs I have no choice but to conclude that NYS Lottery conducted an all out attempt to prevent the final top prize of Game 596 1 million dollars a year for life scratch off from being claimed. I lay out the conclusions and facts as I have found them. I have called and/or visited over 2000 retailers throughout NYS with dates and times and retailers names and was told that as far back

CA Lottery - California Love - CA Lottery Scratchers
Though the CALottery and GTECH has printed 14 top prizes within 33.6 million tickets (odds of winning top prize being 1 in 2.4 million), there is a possibility that all of these will not be sold depending if there is a continual demand for the game. They release the tickets to retailers in batches (like 2.4 million of those tickets at a time, 80,000 30-pack) where one top prize must be within them, CALottery does not know what ticket number it is and GTECH does not know where the tickets are

Today 8-11-2016 marks an end to NY's game 596 1 million a year for life
Doubtful. Gtech sent agents went around to start collecting tickets earlier this year. I'm not sure how long they will or can legally honor any tickets after the game ending date.

Unclaimed Jackpot Prizes
All of them as this happens everywhere, because of why? The tickets in most states are now distrubuted by the same exact firm. Most state lotteries no longer control the distrubution and it's controlled by IGT and formerly GTech.

Share information on the 1 million a yr for life 596 scratch off
From what i understand gtech collected the remaining tickets earlier this year. The OP of this thread made a lot of noise and worked very hard to expose this. My strategy with using the Atlas may not have been the best, but it was easy for me.

"Peeking" is scanning unsold cards to determine winners
Clerks on any individual lottery terminal cannot scan more than one non winning ticket in any 24 hour period or the machine will go into a protective mode requiring them to scratch off the void covering to cash any ticket. Prizes over $15 already require the clerk to scratch off the void and enter a code to cash. I agree that Mass should adopt the GTECH technology and as i stated, the lottery is indeed looking to upgrade but I am not sure of when it will happen. Mass still has the highest % o
