We call that marketing More and more businesses are doing things in the name of marketing that might be considered borderline at best. My favorite pet peeve are those ads for sales at some well known stores advertising something link $25 Off Any Purchase over $75 - NO Exclusions or xx% Off - NO Exclusions . The NO Exclusions is usually in bold letters, red letters, or something to make it stand out. You then see in small print details that there are, you guessed it, exclusions listed...

When a set series wins, do you play or move on?
I think that would be a great marketing ploy to seed a location with a big winner and have people flock to that area like lemmings tossing their money away.

Logic says yes a $25 would appear again after the 100x goes... BUT!!! There s a solid chance they could finally roll out a $50.... but more than likely another $20 one would take its place.. personally unless it s a crossword or some other style of game idk how it makes sense to have two $30 tickets. From a marketing stand point it s more of the same thing unless it s monoploy..

I agree, it needs more excitement and more prizes. It's a marketing ploy now, so I understand the 4 Drawings, to keep the game hot for a while. But if they did 2 or 3 Drawings, with more prizes, that would be sweet.

CA Lottery - California Love - CA Lottery Scratchers
Wow! I know the CA Lottery was marketing the $5 and $10 Lucky Life games with easier to win middle tier prizes, but the pinch it put on the upper third prizes is harsh. For example, in the $10 game the odds of winning $1,000 went from 1 in 30,000 to 1 in 900,000 in the new game!! Plus, the reduction in odds for the middle/lower tier prizes aren't that significant either.

Wish PA still had them. Hate having to scan everything to double check. They went from 349(5)282(0)3430 for a $50 win to FTY somewhere in the play area to nothing now. I understand to save on fraud, but I know alot of players through away good winners and PA never had to pay. I know the self scan is to get you back in the store in hopes you buy more also. Good marketing ploy PA.lol
