Same here . In my state(Louisiana), it is not legal to buy lottery tickets with a credit card. Is it legal in Florida? Did he win any big prizes or was he sending in large numbers of tickets for second chance drawings? Well, that's debatable. Personally, I don't believe the best way to get into any lottery drawing is with a group. The draw of the lottery, especially a game like Powerball, is winning a massive pile of life-changing cash. Getting into a group with perhaps dozens of others takes away the risk/reward ratio that Powerball offers.
